- All labels, brand tags and original packaging must be intact.
- The item must be free of odours, stains or damage.
- The product must have been purchased directly from mayfairthelabel.com.
Unfortunately, returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted. We recommend that you try on your items carefully and keep the labels until you are sure that it fits you perfectly.
How to make a return
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us at support@mayfairthelabel.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Our customer service team will send you detailed instructions and the return address.
- Carefully repack the items in its original box or similar packaging to prevent damage during transport.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
Refund processing
Once your return has been received and inspected by our quality team:
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been approved.
- Refunds are processed within 10 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary.
If your return does not meet our conditions, it may be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges

Damaged or incorrect items

Non-returnable items
