1. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+1, Amsterdam time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the following business day.
2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak periods or exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer.
3. How long is the shipping time?
Once dispatched, deliveries generally take 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note this is an estimate and may vary.
Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days (processing + shipping).
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delays & Cancellations
7. What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, please allow an extra 2 business days and check your tracking link. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@mayfairthelabel.com with your order number.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can typically be cancelled before processing or dispatch begins.
Once processing has started or the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
You may still return the order after delivery (see Returns Policy).

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.
